Description

Scratch Kote 2000® is a high polymer modified cement bond coating that forms a hard, rough textured bonding surface. It is used in applications such as: pool refinishing, tile installation. below grade waterproofing, fountain waterproofing, preparation for decorative concrete overlays and more. SCRATCH KOTE 2000 provides an ideal surface to which new materials will firmly bond by both mechanical and chemical means.
