Southwest Seal is a clear, solvent-based acrylic sealer that dries a glossy finish. It is best to use this sealer in exterior applications. If this sealer is used on interior applications, make sure the area is well-ventilated and the customer has been warned that it has a strong odor (Clear Coat Sealer is the best choice for indoor applications.) Southwest Seal can be rolled or sprayed. Two coats are suggested on all applications. If desired, Non Skid Grip can be added to this sealer.
